Terms of use

These terms govern use of the public website at aiforseniorslife.life. They do not by themselves create a program licence. Version date: 2026. The contracting party for any licensed program is named in a separate written agreement.

The website’s purpose

This website describes institutional AI-literacy programs offered by Aiforseniorslife, a practice established in Toronto in 2026. It exists so that procurement teams, learning leads, recreation managers and similar roles can understand the catalogue, the delivery model, the measurement framework and how to request a briefing. It is not a storefront for private consumers, and it is not a learning platform. Licensed participants receive access through the process described in their organization’s agreement, not by creating an account on this public site.

Pages may be updated as programs, facilitation patterns or contact details change. The canonical address of each page is stated in that page’s metadata. If you bookmark a description of a program, you should check the live page before relying on it in a procurement file.

Informational content, not an offer

Text, diagrams of process, licensing-tier descriptions and illustrative scenarios are provided for information. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by visiting the site, submitting a form, or telephoning the office. Prices are not published. A statement that a program “can” run in French, at a given cohort size, or on a given device class is a description of the model, not a commitment until it is written into a scoped quotation and a signed agreement.

Illustrative examples, including the network scenario on the home page, are labelled as such. They are not case studies, they do not name clients, and they are not warranties of results. Measurement pages describe methods and report structure. They do not promise percentages, savings, or clinical or financial outcomes.

How a program contract is formed

A licence begins only when Aiforseniorslife and the contracting organization sign a written agreement (or complete another process the parties have documented in writing) that names the programs, the intake volume, the term, the reporting cadence, and the privacy and accessibility addenda. A briefing request, an RFI response, or a quotation is a step toward that agreement. It is not the agreement.

Until that point, either side may stop without penalty arising from these website terms. If your procurement rules require a particular order of documents, say so in the briefing notes. We will follow the sequence you name so far as it is compatible with how we operate.

Forms and acceptable use

Forms on this site are for genuine briefing, procurement, pilot and media requests. You agree not to use them to send unlawful content, to impersonate another person, or to submit automated bulk messages. We may ignore or discard submissions that fail validation, that arrive through a completed honeypot, or that appear to be abuse. Submission of a form is governed also by the Privacy notice.

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, to probe it in a way that impairs other visitors, or to scrape it in bulk for the purpose of training a model or compiling a competing catalogue. Linking to public pages is allowed. Framing the site inside another property so that our material appears to be yours is not allowed.

Intellectual property

The name Aiforseniorslife, the mark used in the header, and the text and layout of this website are used by Aiforseniorslife. You may not copy the site as a template for another educational offer. Short quotation in a procurement evaluation, with attribution, is permitted.

Curriculum, facilitator scripts, print packs, sandboxes and reporting templates remain the intellectual property of Aiforseniorslife unless a signed agreement says otherwise. A licence to run an intake is a licence to use those materials for the contracted cohort and term. It is not a transfer of ownership, and it is not a right to rewrite, resell, or publish the materials as your own course. Coordinators may reproduce print packs for participants in the licensed intake.

Third-party sites

This site includes a map embed supplied by a third-party mapping service and font files supplied by a font host. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them. Links to public reporting routes for fraud, or to regulators mentioned in the privacy notice, are provided as references. We are not responsible for the content of those external resources or for changes in their addresses.

Limitation of responsibility

The website is provided as a public description of our work. To the extent permitted by the law of Ontario, Aiforseniorslife is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website copy, for interruptions of the public site, or for inaccuracies that are corrected when identified. Nothing on the site is medical, legal, or financial advice to an individual, and nothing is an instruction to a clinician, a banker, or a lawyer.

Licensed programs are delivered under contract. Warranties, indemnities, insurance and service levels, if any, are those stated in that contract. These website terms do not expand or reduce those clauses. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed program agreement, the signed agreement governs the program.

Some limitations of liability are not permitted in consumer transactions. These terms are written for a public information site aimed at organizational buyers. If a mandatory rule of Ontario or federal law applies, that rule prevails over an inconsistent sentence here.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Changes

We may revise these terms by publishing a new version on this page and updating the version date. The current version applies to use of the website after it is published. Version: 2026.
