Sectors we serve
Aiforseniorslife is contracted by organizations, not by private households. Each sector below uses the same six-session spine. What changes is the coordinator’s role, the report audience, and the examples used in the room.
Sector
Retirement living and long-term care
Operators are asked, often in the same quarter, to show digital inclusion, reduce isolation, and protect residents from scams. Consumer courses do not survive that mix: they assume a private device, a personal email, and a learner who will self-enrol. A licensed program lets a recreation or life-enrichment lead keep the relationship while we run curriculum, platform and reporting.
Typical work starts with Foundations, then adds fraud recognition or family-connection modules. On-site hosts use the printed pack so a session can continue if a tablet fails. Family liaison staff may sit in; they are not asked to become instructors.
We do not enter care planning, clinical records or billing systems. Attendance is reported at cohort level unless the operator’s privacy addendum requires a named exception. The licence can cover a single home or a network of sites on one calendar.
Procurement usually wants an accessibility statement, a privacy addendum and a sample report structure before an RFP is issued. Those documents are listed in the pathway at the end of this page.
Sector
Health networks and community care
Networks and community agencies already run navigation, wellness and caregiver programs. AI literacy is useful only if it stays inside that frame. AI for Health Navigation is written so a person can prepare for an appointment and unpack a letter, not so a chatbot can stand in for a clinician.
We supply the session spine, the sandbox, the support line and the report. Your educators or volunteer coordinators remain the face of the service. Medical advice is out of scope; facilitators redirect. The program does not connect to electronic medical records.
French and English can run as parallel intakes. Print sheets can be aligned to existing navigation pamphlets as a scoped custom module. Evaluation can be mapped to an agency’s current survey rather than inventing a second instrument.
The honest limit is worth stating to a quality committee: we measure participation, task completion and self-reported confidence. We do not measure clinical outcomes and we do not claim them.
Sector
Financial institutions and credit unions
Member-facing fraud education is no longer a pamphlet problem. Voice cloning and forged messages change faster than a static handout. A six-week facilitated intake gives members a rehearsal, not a poster, and gives the institution a report that can sit in a committee pack.
Recognizing AI-Assisted Fraud and Privacy, Consent and Your Data are the usual pair. We do not teach a branded banking app as the only path, and we do not collect credentials. Second-channel verification is taught as a habit that works with any institution.
Branch educators or community-relations staff typically host. Enrolment can use a membership number mapped by your coordinator rather than a new consumer account. The learning environment carries no advertising and no product placement.
Quotes are per intake after scoping because cohort size, bilingual delivery and the number of sites change facilitation load. There is no public fee table.
Sector
Municipalities, libraries and public agencies
Public libraries and recreation departments already sit at the intersection of devices, trust and older residents. They need a program that can run in a meeting room with a shared tablet cart, not a consumer login maze. Aiforseniorslife supplies the curriculum and the remote facilitator; library staff keep the room.
Foundations and Staying in Touch are the usual starting pair. Login examples can use a library card where that is the local habit. Print packs are part of the toolkit so a person without email can still follow the hour.
Procurement in this sector often arrives as an RFP or a standing offer inquiry. We respond with the accessibility statement, privacy addendum, course outline and implementation plan described below. Response time for a complete package is set out in the briefing reply.
The program is national in reach because delivery is online. In-person hosting remains local. We do not replace digital-literacy staff; we give them a bounded product they can schedule.
Sector
Insurers and pension administrators
Member education mandates increasingly include scams, privacy and the practical use of digital services. A licensed cohort is easier to defend to a committee than a one-off webinar with no attendance quality and no sandbox.
We deliver the fraud and privacy programs with the same session length used elsewhere, so an administrator that later adds Foundations does not change the operating model. Reports are written for a committee file: participation, exercise completion, survey items, and a short narrative of what the intake contained — not marketing quotations.
Learner records stay in Canada. They are not used to underwrite, score or target. That boundary is stated in the privacy addendum and in the facilitator script.
If a request would require us to feed identifiable learning data into a marketing or risk model, we decline it. The program is education, not a data source for other lines of business.
Sector
Employers with a late-career workforce
Learning teams are asked to bring AI skills to employees aged 55 and over without sending people to a consumer catalogue that was not written for them. Aiforseniorslife provides a closed cohort, a facilitator, and a report that human resources can file without scraping public reviews.
Foundations is the usual first intake. Privacy and fraud modules follow where the roles involve customer contact or payments. The sandbox keeps practice out of live client files. Managers may observe; they do not grade.
We need a coordinator, a list of participants, a channel for session reminders, and confirmation of devices. If the employer wants on-site hosting, a room that meets the checklist in the toolkit is enough. We do not require a learning-management system of a particular brand, though we can issue completion lists for an existing record.
The licence is a fixed volume, not a seat bank that resets only after an upsell. Unused places in an intake are discussed at scoping, not converted into a later promotional offer.

Procurement pathways
Most engagements begin with a briefing request, an RFI, or a formal RFP. We do not require a particular portal. A first reply is sent within one business day of a complete enquiry. A document pack for a formal process typically follows once the sector, languages and likely cohort size are clear.
The pack we provide on request includes an accessibility statement aligned to WCAG 2.2 AA targets and AODA-oriented practice, a privacy addendum covering enquiry and learner data, the course outline for each requested program, and an implementation plan with a six-week onboarding view. We do not publish fees on this site; pricing is quoted per intake after scoping.
If your process needs a security questionnaire, name the form in the briefing notes. We answer from the operating model described on the delivery page rather than from a generic software-vendor template that does not fit a facilitated program. Named client references are not supplied on this site and are not used as marketing assets.
