Cookie notice

This notice describes the limited cookies and local storage used on aiforseniorslife.life. Version date: 2026. The site does not load analytics suites or advertising trackers. A banner on first visit records a choice in the cookie named aisl_consent.

What this site uses

Aiforseniorslife keeps the public website small. We do not measure audiences with third-party analytics, we do not retarget visitors, and we do not drop advertising cookies. The items below are used so the site can function, so we can remember a cookie choice, and so the full-screen menu can store a simple open or closed state in the browser.

Fonts are requested from a font host when the page loads. That request is a network connection to retrieve typefaces used for headings and body text; it is not an analytics product we operate. The contact page includes a map embed from a mapping provider. That embed is a third-party frame. It is not issued by us as a cookie of our own, and it is documented here so that a procurement review is not surprised by it.

The three storage items we control

The following table lists the cookies and local storage keys set by our own scripts or by the ordinary operation of the site. Names are exact. Durations are as implemented in the current version of the site.

Technical session

A session identifier that lasts for the browsing session. It exists so that form posts and page requests can be handled as a continuous visit where the server or browser requires a session. It is not used to profile you across unrelated sites, and it is not an advertising identifier. It expires when the browser session ends or shortly thereafter, depending on the browser.

aisl_consent

Stores the choice made on the cookie banner or on this page: accepted or declined. It is kept for 180 days, path /, SameSite Lax. We read it only to decide whether to show the banner again. Declining extra cookies still allows the technical session required to use the forms. There are no extra analytics cookies to load even if you accept; acceptance records that you have seen the notice and are content with the items listed here, including local storage for the menu.

Local storage — menu state

The key aisl_menu is written by the site script when the full-screen menu is opened or closed. Values are the words open or closed. This is not a cookie. It does not leave the device, is not sent to our office as a tracking event, and is not used for advertising. It can be cleared with the browser’s site-data controls. The menu itself still works if storage is blocked; only the remembered state is lost.

What we do not use

We do not place pixels for social advertising, conversion tracking, or heat-mapping. We do not run A/B testing platforms on this public site. We do not fingerprint devices for marketing. If a future version of the site ever needed a measurement cookie, this notice would be updated first and the banner would have to describe it. Until that happens, “accept” does not unlock a hidden analytics stack.

Third-party frames, if you open the map, may set cookies according to that provider’s policies. You can decline to interact with the map. Fonts load in the document head; if you block third-party fonts, the site remains readable using the browser’s fallback serif and sans-serif faces, though the specified layout will be less precise.

How the banner works

On a first visit, a dock at the bottom of the page explains this notice and offers two actions. Accept writes aisl_consent with the value accepted for 180 days and hides the dock. Decline extra cookies writes aisl_consent with the value declined for 180 days and also hides the dock. In both cases the technical session and the ability to send a briefing form remain available. With JavaScript disabled, the dock remains visible and the links on this page still explain the items.

The banner is not a wall. You can read the catalogue and the legal pages without pressing either button. Forms require an ordinary browser session to post; they do not require an advertising identifier.

How to change your choice

Use the buttons on this page to write a new aisl_consent value. You can also delete cookies for aiforseniorslife.life in your browser settings, and delete local storage for this origin. After deletion, the banner will appear again on a subsequent visit with JavaScript enabled. Clearing site data may also sign you out of other products in the same browser profile; that is a browser behaviour, not a feature we operate.

If you use a shared procurement workstation, consider a private window when reviewing this site, then close it so that aisl_consent and aisl_menu are not left for the next user.

Forms, honeypots and time stamps

Briefing forms include a hidden timestamp and a hidden honeypot field. Those fields are part of the form post, not cookies. They exist to reject automated abuse and submissions that are completed faster than a person could read the form. They are described in the Privacy notice because they are personal-data handling, not because they are cookies.
